Our Technical Assistance to Tribes
Clean energy investments on their own terms.
Native Sun provides technical assistance to Tribal Nations as a trusted community-based organization. We work alongside Tribes to support energy planning, climate adaptation, and infrastructure development rooted in self-determination.
Our team offers grant management support, proposal development, budget planning, reporting, and compliance assistance.
We also co-design workforce development programs tailored to community needs, including clean energy job training, curriculum creation, and wraparound support systems. Our goal is to build long-term capacity within Tribal Nations so they can access and lead clean energy investments on their own terms.

Workforce Development
Through our Workforce initiative, we train relatives for green careers that connect them to purpose, place, and long-term opportunity.
This includes hands-on learning in solar installation, EVSE, energy efficiency, and emerging technologies like geothermal systems and agrovoltaics.
